  I spent a lot of time on this scene. More than 30 hours I think. From the position, perspective to colouring. Because this will be the example for me to draw and colour the rest scene. I am still not happy with the whole image. I think more details will be good.

The big creature on the left has a brush-like hair, which represents brush for painting. And the small one is basically a young version of the big one with three little hair on its head.

This character is basically Hayao Mizayaki. I wanted an old man who is an artist from the actual world. I was going to pick monet or someone else, but since i was learning a lot from Ghibli studio and Miyazaki, I decided to draw the character as Miyazaki. I draw him in suit and a hat which look more professional and kind of mysterious.

This is the main character. It is clearly that I try to draw the character like Ghibli style. I am still not sure about the body proportion, I might adjust it when I start drawing the frames. There is not much to talk about the design of the character, I want to keep it simple to make the audience resonate with the character easier as i mentioned in my project proposal.

The logo/title for my animation "Inspire". I drew it using Procreate, I picked a brush and just wrote Inspire very loosely. Then I clip mask it, add a new layer and painted colour on it randomly. I add some black line on the edge of every letters to make it looks more coming out.
